A10M Marlin 1.1.8 firmware - BLtouch/3Dtouch

My preconfigured version of Marlin 1.1.8 based on the Geeetech version. Filament runout detection working! Use at your own risk (having said that it is working for me and I see no reason for concern).

At most you will have to install U8Glib from the Arduino library manager. Select Mega 2560 as board and upload.
