Artillery3D X1 TFT28 firmware to suit RepRap firmware

The simple change of settings the baud to 57,600 is enough to get the MKS TFT28 to communicate with the LPC port of RepRap firmware. This change has been made, simply unzip the files to an SD card, put it in the TFT and power up to update.
